The 2018 NBA Draft lottery is set for Tuesday, May 15, at 4:30 p.m. PT, with the Draft to follow more than a month later, on Thursday, June 21, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. For the first time in the league’s history, the lottery is being held in Chicago.

The Phoenix Suns have the best odds of landing the No. 1 overall pick at 25 percent, followed by the Memphis Grizzlies at 19.9 percent. In addition to boasting the most salary cap space this summer, the Los Angeles Lakers hold the Nos. 25 (first round) and 47 (second round) picks.

They began NBA pre-draft workouts this week, getting their eyes on Louisville’s leading scorer Deng Adel, among others.

Teams will get an extensive look at prospective picks at the 2018 NBA Draft combine, which is scheduled to take place May 16-20 in Chicago.
