Last off season, the Lakers acquired Steve Nash from the Phoenix Suns because of his mastery handling the ball and distributing to his teammates. While Nash had some bright moments last season, he was injured for a large part of last year and never quite seemed right. This off season, we’ve already seen two gorgeous dimes from Nash as he’s been healthy for the most part. His ability to get into the paint, draw defenders and find his teammates is something the Lakers just haven’t had since the Nick Van Exel days and will be much needed this season if the Lakers hope to be successful.
