Jack Nicholson can be seen at every Lakers game in his familiar courtside seat. He is constantly badgering opposing players, coaches and even the referees, and no one even thinks twice about it because it’s Jack.

Well the Huffington Post reports that Jack may have a little more pull than we anticipated as he apparently got Extra host Maria Menounos and comedian Dane Cook kicked out of a Lakers game for wearing Celtics jerseys to their courtside seats.

Menounos shared the story while appearing on Conan last night (at the 2:08 mark) as shown below:

To be fair, wearing a Celtics jersey to the Staples Center should be automatic grounds for removal from the building so kudos to Jack for making that happen.

As Menounos explained to Conan:

These guys come and pull us out of courtside. I’m like, ‘What is going on?’ […] I’m like hiding out of this hallway, and all of a sudden Jack Nicholson comes out of the bathroom, and he’s like, ‘Hee hee hee’ […] He got me kicked out! I heard later he called [LA Lakers owner] Jerry Buss and he had me removed!

Menounos loyalty to her Celtics is commendable, but you just don’t go head-to-head with the great Jack Nicholson.
