Jeremy Lin’s wax figure at Madame Tussaud’s in San Francisco was unveiled on Wednesday. Many wondered which NBA jersey Lin would be depicted in. Would it be the New York Knicks, the Houston Rockets or his current association, a team he’s yet to play a game for, the Los Angeles Lakers? Ultimately, the wax sculptor decided to depict Lin in his Lakers jersey, wearing No. 17.

Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak revealed at Lin’s introductory press conference that the Lakers had tried to go after acquiring Lin twice before this summer. Third time’s a charm.
