Luka Doncic is in the midst of his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers and on the horizon is the release of his fifth signature shoe with Jordan Brand.

The Luka 5 builds off the previous model that was unveiled in March as it features a full-length Zoom Strobel for extra propulsion and a new ISOband for enhanced control.

Nike explains the innovations, combined with a plush CushIon 3.0 midsole and the underfoot stability of ISOplate, gives Luka 5 wearers 360-degree control.

“Working with Jordan Brand on the Luka 5 was about making something that fits my game and keeps evolving with me,” Doncic said in a statement. “The full-length Zoom Strobel and ISOband give me that extra pop and control so I can attack from any spot on the floor. Every time I lace them up, I know I’m ready to go.”

Jordan Brand’s Luka 5 marks the first time one of his signature shoes includes full-length Zoom Strobel. The feature provides a responsive platform, and the new ISOband is designed to allow for a push off from the ground at any angle. Meanwhile the, ISOplate, a Doncic shoe signature feature, delivers underfoot stability and lateral support for quick directional changes.

Doncic’s newest signature shoe still includes a low-profile design that keeps your foot close to the court for a claw-like grip. A full-length herringbone traction pattern with HART rubber makes for strong traction.
