The Los Angeles Lakers will end this season with a losing record and their latest debacle against the Clippers was just outright embarrassing. Not only did the Clippers defeat the Lakers by 48, 142-94, but they did it with the 16 championship banners hanging from the rafters.

This week has seen the Lakers get a big win over the Portland Trailblazers, but that was offset by tough losses to both the Pelicans and the Clippers. At the end of the day, this season is nothing but a rebuilding stage and the team will have to suffer for a few months until there is a major turnaround this summer.
