It’s been an interesting journey to say the least for Pau since arriving to the Lakers on February 1, 2008. After changing the Lakers’ fortunes and leading them to two championships in three straight Finals appearances, Gasol has been the ultimate professional on-and-off the court.

We all know Pau is a free agent this summer and wants to win more championships, so we truly hope it all works out and he remains in Los Angeles as a Laker. Players have come and gone, but there isn’t a player we’d like to see more retire in a Lakers uniform than the current two-time champion and future Hall of Famer.
