While Young was quick to praise their performance during the regular season, he said he’s curious to see how they perform come playoff time since they’ve failed to reach the Western Conference Finals these past two seasons. One Clipper, forward Jared Dudley, took exception to the comment and responded via Twitter:

Things are falling apart in Lakerland as forward Pau Gasol said making the playoffs is looking tough and they’re seven games behind eighth-seeded Dallas in the Western Conference.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Clippers are able to take the next step this season as the Lakers are just hoping to put a notch in the win column these days.
