According to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com, Hill went down with the strain and didn’t return:

The Lakers have been ripped apart by injuries this season with Steve Nash, Julius Randle, Xavier Henry and Kobe Bryant already done of the year. Hopefully, Hill’s injury isn’t serious but if he misses considerable time, it’ll be a severe blow for the frontcourt.

Hill is having a career year this season with the veteran averaging 12.5 points and 8.1 rebounds per game and has arguably been the team’s second-best player behind Kobe this year.

With Hill potentially on the shelf, head coach Byron Scott will likely turn to Robert Sacre or Tarik Black to fill the void. Black has been dealing with an ankle sprain, but was able to get back on the floor on Sunday logging 18 minutes.
