Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant remains sidelined as he recovers from a fracture in his left knee, with the latest update having Bryant set to be re-examined in three weeks.  While Bryant has only managed to play in six games this season, his off the court endeavors have not suffered.

Forbes recently reported Bryant finished second in the NBA in terms of endorsement dollars in 2013 and on Tuesday, Bryant provided a hint via Twitter for what the future may hold regarding his partnership with Lenovo:

The mention of “innovation” suggests Bryant may become more involved with product development, which wouldn’t be a completely foreign concept for the five-time champion. Bryant is notoriously regarded as being very involved and meticulous with the design of his signature Nike shoe, which calls for a new model to be released annually.

When the Los Angeles Lakers began the 2013 playoffs without Bryant, who ruptured his Achilles, he gifted Lenovo laptops to the entire team to congratulate them on making the postseason.  Computerworld.com reports Bryant recently extended his agreement with Lenovo to continue serving as the company’s official smart phone ambassador in China and Southeast Asia.

Bryant’s reference to #mwc2014 intimates more details may be revealed prior to the Mobile World Congress concluding on Feb. 27.
