Dwight Howard was ejected from the game in the second half after receiving his second technical foul. When asked what he thought about Dwight’s ejection, D’Antoni replied:

As for the injured Steve Nash, D’Antoni wasn’t shy of showing his confidence in his longtime point guard.

Mike D’Antoni had a message to all Lakers fans, saying:

The Lakers have exited the playoffs very early in each of the last three seasons. A ton of questions will go unanswered for a while in Lakers camp, specifically regarding free agents and use of the amnesty provision.

While the Lakers now have to watch the conclusion of the 2013 playoffs as viewers, the front office will be busy as the offseason begins. There is no rest in between as exit interviews begin on Monday.
