Nick Young may have missed the first 10 games of the 2014-15 NBA season, but he’s already back to form as one of the best offensive weapons for the Los Angeles Lakers. Although Young has immediately made an impact in his return to the floor for head coach Byron Scott, the veteran guard/forward has been warned by the NBA for flopping, according to Eric Pincus of the L.A. Times:

At first glance, it doesn’t appear that Young flops on this play, but when taking a closer look, Kyle Korver never touches him, via K L Clouhinard’s Vine account:

Young’s flop warning from the league was only the second time the NBA has warned a player so far this season. Incredible to think that Young gets a warning for this and Lance Stephenson of the Charlotte Hornets can slap his own face in an attempt to draw the foul without receiving any penalty from the league.

Regardless of the flop warning, Young and the Lakers are on a roll right now. After losing nine of their first 10 games to start the season, the Lakers have won two straight with Young back in the lineup. Young and company have their sights set on winning a third consecutive game to close out their current road trip against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday at American Airlines Center.
