Lonzo Ball has long dreamt of playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, and in the NBA Draft, that dream came true when the Lakers selected him with the second overall pick. Ball has lived in Chino Hills, California for his entire life and the So Cal kid was excited to be able to stay close to his tight-knit family.

Fans are excited about the arrival of Ball, who Magic Johnson called the “new face of the Lakers” during his introductory press conference. Now, with the Las Vegas Summer League swiftly approaching, Spectrum SportsNet is going to air six of Ball’s high school games at Chino Hills to give fans a little bit more Lonzo.

The games will begin airing on Sunday, June 25th through Tuesday, July 4th and will include a marathon of all six games on Saturday, July 1st. Below are the games and times for the six-game marathon:

Saturday, July 1st (LONZO BALL CLASSIC HIGH SCHOOL GAMES MARATHON)
2:00pm PT – 2014 High School Basketball: Windward vs. Chino Hills (1.5 hour) (R)
3:30pm PT – 2014 High School Basketball: 2014 CIF Regional Championship, Division I Boys: Chino Hills vs. Centennial (2 hour) (R)

11:00pm PT – 2016 High School Basketball: 2016 CIF State Championship, Open Division Boys: Chino Hills vs. De La Salle (1.5 hour) (R)

This is an excellent opportunity to get a glimpse of some of the games that helped push Ball onto the national stage. Along with his brothers LiAngelo and LaMelo, the Ball family revolutionized the way the game is played by flying up the court at a break-neck pace and generating one thrilling, high-scoring game after another.

For the Lakers, the hope is that Ball can take those skills and use them to help make everyone around him better. The Summer League team will feature players like Ball, Brandon Ingram, Ivica Zubac, Kyle Kuzma, Josh Hart, and Thomas Bryant and begins on July 7th. The excitement level will be through the roof, and Ball’s classic Chino Hills games serve as the perfect appetizer.
