By now, many fans are looking towards the next three games and saying “how are the Lakers going to do it?” The Lakers will face the Houston Rockets next, followed by the Spurs and the Thunder. Talk about a tough upcoming three games.

Unfortunately, the Lakers have lost all of their primary big men to injuries. Gasol is out indefinitely with a concussion sustained vs. Denver, and will not travel with the team. Jordan Hill is also out after suffering a hip injury on Sunday night. Lastly, Dwight Howard suffered a torn labrum in his shoulder and is out at least a week, but will still travel with the team. Dwight Howard will undergo an MRI for his sore right shoulder.

Robert Sacre and Earl Ckark are expected to instead start for the Lakers. Sacre was assigned to the D-League but was brought up today and most likely, will be starting at the center position for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Houston Rockets. This is good and bad news for Robert; he will be given an amazing opportunity to show Lakers fans what he’s got, but it will come at the cost of his bench dancing that so many of us have grown to love.

The other Lakers players will have to step up to the plate in Texas. Metta World Peace will once again be expected to bring it tomorrow night playing a number of positions, including small forward, power forward and center.
