Ever wondered what Kobe Bryant’s pre-game warmup consists of? We taped his standard shooting warmup prior to the Los Angeles Lakers game against the Golden State Warriors.

Bryant usually starts these standard shooting drills about three hours before tip-off. Alternating between catch-and-shoot and one and two-dribble pull-ups (usually with ten shots at each spot), this routine generally takes about 15 minutes.

He starts on the lower block, rotates around the key and finishes by making his way out to the three-point line. Watch our raw footage of Bryant’s pre-game regimen above.
