The Los Angeles Lakers had plenty of new and familiar faces at this year’s media day. Former rookie Ryan Kelly and teammates Jordan Hill, Xavier Henry and Robert Sacre already knew the ropes of photoshoots, interviews and other responsibilities, which they showed to new rookies Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson.

Of course, there was an absolute media frenzy around Kobe Bryant who said that this was the calmest he’s ever felt before training camp. Steve Nash was still hesitant to guarantee his health for this season. Jeremy Lin is looking to build a legacy and leave Linsanity in the past.
