Jordan is a huge proponent of the Princeton offense and is sure to implement that style in New Jersey. With Rutgers on the verge of moving to the Big Ten conference in 2014, Jordan presents an opportunity for Rutgers to generate excitement about their program.

Jordan is in his first season with the Lakers and was hired in the off-season by former coach Mike Brown in order to implement the Princeton offense. When coach Mike D’Antoni took over for Brown early in the season, Jordan stayed around to keep continuity within the coach staff. With the increasing chance that D’Antoni remains the Lakers coach long-term there might not have been a spot on the staff for Jordan next season anyway.
