This rendition of the NBA’s Play of the Week comes by the way of Miami and LeBron James. James isn’t exactly a fan favorite around these parts, but when you welcome a rookie to the NBA with one of the nastiest dunks of the year, you’ve effectively earned a spot in the Lakers Nation weekly top plays post. LeBron turned the corner on a side P&R and attacked the rim. Kings’ rookie Ben McLemore slid across the lane like any good defender would and tried to take the charge. Instead of getting the call, he got posterized and ended up on the wrong end of the NBA’s best highlight this week.
