30. Charlotte Bobcats (Last weeks ranking 30): Only three wins on the season, overall record is 3-24

29. New Orleans (29): This team has really struggled this season after the departure of Chris Paul.

28. Washington Wizards (28): The last few weeks they have shown signs of improvement but are still poor.

27. Detroit Pistons (29): Motor City continues to struggle with an overall record of 8-20

26. Toronto Raptors (26): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement but have done very little this season.

25. New Jersey (25): This group has had a lot of injuries, which is part of the game, they need to play through it.

24. Sacramento Kings (24): The Kings have won four of their last six and have an overall record of 10-17.

23. Golden State Warriors (23): This is a talented group and has under performed this season. I would expect management to move some players.

22. Phoenix Suns (21): Let’s be honest, Steve Nash is the only one keeping the Suns afloat.

21. Cleveland Cavaliers (20): The Cavs have been playing well, if this continues look for them to make the playoffs this season.

20. Milwaukee Bucks (19): After playing well last week the Bucks are back to their old ways.

19. Minnesota Timberwolves (18): This team is an exciting group to watch led by Ricky Rubio and Kevin Love. Is Rubio the most exciting PG to watch since Magic?

18. New York Knicks (22): Jeremy Lin to the rescue!

17. Utah Jazz (14): Inconsistency at its finest.

16. Memphis Grizzlies (17): Hopefully the Grizzlies can stay afloat long enough for everyone to recover from their injuries.

15. Boston Celtics (16): The C’s continue to play well after suffering an overtime loss to the Lakers.

14. Houston Rockets (15): With an overall record of 16-11, this team’s record would be so much better if they could only find a way to beat Minnesota.

13. Portland Trail Blazers (13): This is another team that has a better team than their record depicts.

12. Denver Nuggets (7): After a strong start to begin the season the Nuggets have been hit with injuries and fall with a record of 16-12.

11. Orlando Magic (12): Dwight Howard…will he stay or will he go?

10. Los Angeles Lakers (11): Congratulations to Kobe Bryant passing Shaq, other than that their road trip has been lack luster.

9. Dallas Mavericks (10): Dirk has finally found his groove but the rest of the team seem to be in a slump.

8. Atlanta Hawks (8): The Hawks seem to be saving themselves for the playoffs.

7. San Antonio (9): The Spurs have an overall record of 19-9 and have won their last seven games.

6. Indiana Pacers (4): The Pacers have played poorly the last few games losing their last three.

5. Philadelphia 76ers (5): The 76ers have an overall record of 19-9 and have proven they can beat good teams.

4. Los Angeles Clippers (6): The Clippers have become the most exciting team to watch in the NBA. The loss of Billups is a huge blow to the roster.

3. Miami Heat (2): The Heat have been playing well the past two weeks despite their losses to the Bucks.

2. Oklahoma City Thunder (1): The OKC bench has been struggling, luckily Westbrook and Durant have picked up the slack.

1. Chicago Bulls (3): Luol Deng is finally back in the lineup which means the Bulls are back running on all cylinders.
