29. New Orleans (29): New Orleans is 9-28 and continue to struggle.

28. Washington Wizards (28): John Wall has not stepped up to the challenge and the Wizards are 8-28 on the season.

27. Toronto Raptors (26): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement, but have done very little this season.

26. Detroit Pistons (27): The Motor City continues to struggle with an overall record of 12-26

24. Sacramento Kings (24): The Kings have won two of their last 10 games, and have an overall record of 12-25.

22. Phoenix Suns (22): The Suns show signs of improvement and are almost playing .500 ball, their record is 17-20.

21. Cleveland Cavaliers (21): The Cavs have been playing well, if this continues look for them to make the playoffs this season.

18. Utah Jazz (14): Inconsistency at its finest, the Jazz have fallen to 17-19.

17. Denver Nuggets (12): The Nuggets fall to 21-17 after a hot start to the season.

16. New York Knicks (18): Linsanity continues! The Knicks improve to 18-19.
