29. Washington Wizards (29): The Wizards overall record is 11-37.

28. New Orleans (28): Some gradual improvements this week but New Orleans is 12-36 on the year.

27. New Jersey (27): The Nets overall record is 15-31.

26. Toronto Raptors (26): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement, but have done very little this season.
