Game 4- at Boston Celtics- Lakers win 88-87

The Lakers played their arch rival Boston Celtics in front of a sold-out arena and they walked away with an impressive overtime victory. Pau Gasol came up clutch for the Lakers  on both ends of the court and had the game-winning bucket and game-saving block.

The Celtics are not the same team as they were a couple of years ago, but beating Boston surely felt good for the Lakers.

Game 5- at New York Knicks- Knicks win 92-85

The Los Angeles Lakers made their lone visit to Madison Square Garden, but Kobe Bryant did not steal the show, instead it was Jeremy Lin.

Lin scored a career high 38 points and the Knicks upset the Lakers in front of a national audience. Even without Amar’e Stoudemire of Carmelo Anthony, the Knicks found a way to beat the Lakers.

Game 6- at Toronto Raptors- Lakers win 94-92

The Lakers concluded their Grammy Road Trip with a win in Toronto. Although the Lakers once held an 18 point lead, they walked away ahead by only two points.

The Raptors held a lead in the final minute, but thanks to clutch buckets and assists by Kobe, the Lakers walked away with a win and a .500 on their six-game trip.
