Shaquille O’Neal was the special guest at the 12th annual Lakers All-Access event, hosted by the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission and he kept the crowd entertained from start to finish. Lakers team president Jeanie Buss introduced the former Laker, who helped bring three championships to Los Angeles, while looking up at the banners hanging from the Staples Center rafters.

“This house was built by Shaq,” Buss smiled.

Shaq opened up the night by talking about the events that led to him being traded from the Lakers to the Miami Heat, fueled by his relationship with the one and only, Kobe Bryant. What, if anything, would Shaq have changed about the situation with Bryant?

Plus, Shaq delves into the Lakers rebuild and who on the current squad he hopes is a part of the team’s future. O’Neal even names his favorite Laker, although he mistakenly says the wrong name and must proceed to correct himself. It’s all in our videos below.
