Over the past week, the news surrounding the Knicks has all been about Phil Jackson, the new President of the New York Knicks. Although Jackson won’t be in attendance for the game at the Staples Center, the Lakers are focused on concluding their four game home stand with a win.

Unfortunately, they will likely be without Pau Gasol, who is recovering from vertigo. However, despite a torn ligament in his wrist, Xavier Henry will play.
