The stat sheet of Los Angeles Lakers point guard Jeremy Lin was close to empty in the Lakers loss to the Golden State Warriors Sunday night. In a little less than 23 minutes of play, Lin had just zero points, two rebounds, one assist and one turnover.
Lakers head coach Byron Scott said Jeremy Lin wasn’t making smart choices on the floor:
Just thought he made some bad choices. He had a tough matchup too. Stephen Curry is just a hell of a point guard.”

Lin called Sunday night a “huge step back” for him personally. In terms of where to start in correcting the Lakers allowing easy buckets, Lin said there’s a lot of issues:
It’s such a deep rooted issue. There’s so many things wrong right now. At the top of the list I would say communication, trust and effort.”
The Lakers will head to Atlanta Monday morning in preparation for a three-game roadtrip involving the Hawks, Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks.
