With less than a week until the NBA Draft, the Los Angeles Lakers have brought in Jahlil Okafor and Emmanuel Mudiay to the team’s practice facility for second workouts. While D’Angelo Russell is expected to work out on Saturday, the franchise has not been able to schedule one with the top prospect in this year’s draft, Karl-Anthony Towns.

Although Towns reportedly visited the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday, he has been training in Los Angeles. Here is Time Warner Cable SportsNet’s recent interview with the Kentucky forward, who discussed the possibility of joining the Lakers:

Since the NBA Draft Lottery last month, there have been conflicting reports on who the Timberwolves will select with their first overall pick. Should Towns not be available, the Lakers are considering Okafor, Russell or Kristaps Porzingis.
