Ever since he first stepped foot into the NBA, Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant has reminded many of Hall of Famer Michael Jordan. Kobe has been compared to Jordan throughout his career because of their similarities in skill and accomplishments.

In the latest preview of Kobe’s documentary, titled Kobe Bryant’s Muse, Bryant spoke about the first time he ever matched up with Jordan and the advice he got prior to playing him via the ShoSports’ YouTube:

Kobe says he was told not to look Jordan in the eye. Based on Kobe’s response to that advice, it’s pretty likely that he did not heed that advice and what else would one expect from someone like Bryant. Even as a rookie, Bryant was defiant in the fact of the man who many believe is the greatest basketball player of all-time.

Kobe Bryant’s Muse will premier on Showtime on February 29.
