>With leading scorer Nick Young suspended for Friday’s game against the Boston Celtics, newcomer Manny Harris will have to help shoulder the scoring load in the backcourt tonight in his debut for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Harris spoke with the media for the first time since signing with the team on Friday. The Lakers newcomer talked about not being able to sleep last night due to excitement about being back in the NBA and the effort he’ll bring on both ends of the floor tonight against the Celtics.

Even though Harris hasn’t had time to get in a few practices with the team, head coach Mike D’Antoni is already planning on getting Harris on the floor. Harris will make his debut for the Lakers tonight in Boston.
