29. Washington Wizards (29): The Wizards overall record is 10-34.

28. New Orleans (28): Some gradual improvements this week but New Orleans is 11-34 on the year.

27. New Jersey (26): The Nets acquired Gerald Green, why? Because he gets the people going! – Will Ferrell voice. Their overall record is 15-31.

26. Toronto Raptors (27): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement, but have done very little this season.

25. Sacramento Kings (25): The Kings have won their last two games, and have an overall record of 16-29.

24. Cleveland Cavaliers (22): The Cavs have been playing well, if this continues look for them to make the playoffs this season.

22. Golden State Warriors (23): Still the same story for Golden State, they are now 18-24.

21. Milwaukee Bucks (21): The Bucks bounce back from a down week winning their last five games, their overall record is 20-24.
