The Los Angeles Lakers came back and beat the Houston Rockets last night in the season opener.  The Lakers received their rings prior to the game, and the team seemed distracted early on in the night.  However, the bench stepped up and brought the Lakers back into the game.  Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol helped assure a victory, while Steve Blake hit the game winning shot.  The Lakers have started the season 1-0 after beating the Rockets, 112-110.   Five key moments in last night’s game were, the emotional ring ceremony, Blake’s impressive game, Brown’s new stroke, Kobe’s “unhealthy” knees and the team’s poor defense.
