Kobe Bryant Sits Down with Men’s Fitness for Interview

Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is one of the best conditioned basketball players in the NBA and he spoke about his workout regimen with Men’s Fitness.

Bryant touches upon many topics including his work ethic during the season and in the off-season, the amount of shots he puts up in a given day and the weightlifting exercises he does to stay in top shape.

Here is a little bit of what of what Bryan said to say to Men’s Fitness.

MF: Can you give us some insight into your training routine, both off-season and during the season?

Kobe: During the season, I focus a lot on weight training, obviously building up my strength level as the season progresses. In the off-season, it’s about getting stronger as well, more agile. Also, conditioning plays an important part in that, because you want to make sure you come into the upcoming season in tip-top shape. Then, obviously, you want to get on the basketball floor and work on your skills.

Bryant is currently in his 17th NBA season and it is not surprise that he is a gym rat. Kobe is constantly working on his game and making sure he is in top shape come game-time. Bryant has played in numerous post-seasons and international games, adding to total minutes of basketball he has played.
