The Lakers hosted their rival, the Boston Celtics on Friday night. Both teams have been going through a rough season. New Laker additions, MarShon Brooks and Kent Bazemore, made their Laker debuts against the Celtics after being traded from the Golden State Warriors. The Lakers held a record of 18-36 entering the matchup. Check out the highlights below.

First Quarter

The only two Lakers to jump up off the bench on Meeks' fast-break layup: famous celebrators Sacre and Bazemore. Believe the hype!

Second Quarter

A nice lil' Euro Step from Bazemore got him his first bucket for LAL, and he followed by drawing 2 FT's on the next trip.

YOU JUST GOT KAMAN'D, SULLINGER.

MarShon Brooks waited 7 minutes to attempt his first shot, a pretty finish in the paint that made it 36-30 Boston early in the 2nd.

MarShon Brooks vowed at shootaround today that he'd be the type of guy diving on the floor for loose balls. Kudos that he backed it up

Jordan Hill's been excellent protecting the rim in his bench role, w/3 swats tonight and a number of contests. LAL open up a 5-point lead.

Farmar. Three. Bang.

Kent Bazemore and Staples Center are enjoying one another. He just hit his 2nd triple of the 4th Q, putting LAL up 95-87 w/2:15 left.
