Dwight Howard Rejects Opponents Shots in Pop-a-Shot

Dwight Howard may be rehabbing his very serious back injury, but that doesn’t mean the outgoing center isn’t going to enjoy his summer vacation. The newest star on the Los Angeles Lakers will be working hard to get himself back on the court once the season starts.; however he wants to soak up the idea of playing for one of the most decorated franchises in the league, before the season starts.

Howard has been in China this summer with his sponsor Adidas, interacting with fans all over the basketball crazed nation. The people there have fallen in love with the dynamic big man as he is clearly having a blast in China. Howard has even been seen playing Pop-a-Shot with a fan; Let’s hope Howard is better on the basketball court than he is in the arcade room. In the video below, Howard is seen slumping in the game and resorting to blocking the opponent’s shot.

The Lakers are not worried that Howard lost in a game of Pop-and-Shot and seeing him active despite a summer full of rehab is definitely a pleasing scene. As reported before, the timetable for Howard’s return is not certain, but all signs point to him not making it in time for the Lakers’ season opener.
