Not even a full week after the departure of head coach Jerry Sloan, Utah gives up their franchise player Deron Williams. The trade of Williams left Jazz fans questioning which direction the team is headed in. With the addition of Harris and Favors, the Jazz are yet another talented, yet inexperienced team in the Western Conference.
