Lakers Nation Photos Of The Week: February 14 – February 21

The Lakers had a slow week in terms of games played due to the NBA All-Star break. However, that’s not to say the past seven days didn’t provide drama in Laker land. The week started with a match against the best team in the West, the Oklahoma City Thunder, a game in which the Lakers nearly stole. From there it was on to New Orleans and All-Star weekend. While no Laker participated in any events, Laker guard Kobe Bryant was named by fans as an All-Star starter for the 16th time in his career. Bryant was present in New Orleans for the All-Star game, and sat on the bench with his fellow Western conference peers.

The first game after the break for the Lakers was against the Houston Rockets who came in with the third best record in the West. The game marked the first time Dwight Howard played in Los Angeles against the Lakers since leaving last summer. As expected, Howard was heavily booed throughout the game. While the Lakers did not win either game, there were definitely some captured moments to see. Check out this week’s photos of the week:
