Lakers Nation Wishes Jordan Hill a Happy 25th Birthday

Today is the 25th birthday of Los Angeles Lakers forward Jordan Hill. The Lakers acquired Hill near the trading deadline in 2012, and although he did not see a lot of playing time at first, he joined the rotation towards the end of the season.

Hill broke into the scene during a Lakers-Thunder game in late April. The Lakers faced a double digit lead into the fourth quarter, but thanks to the amazing play from Hill, the Lakers sparked a comeback and won in double overtime.

The Lakers brought back Hill for two more seasons during this off-season, further strengthening their bench. Hill was a very coveted free agent, but the Lakers did what they could to resign the promising big man.

Jordan Hill will now have a chance to play alongside Steve Nash, and hopefully become a better player. Hill will surely succeed with Nash and the Lakers are looking forward to running their pick-and-roll.

So for everyone here at Lakers Nation, happy birthday Jordan Hill.
