Lakers News: First Round Schedule Versus San Antonio Spurs Announced

With all the match-ups in the Western Conference locked in, the schedule for the Lakers and Spurs series was announced after the Lakers victory versus the Rockets.

Here’s the complete first round schedule for Lakers/Spurs (all times PST):

Game 1 – Sun April 21 L.A. Lakers at San Antonio 12:30PM
Game 2 – Wed April 24 L.A. Lakers at San Antonio 6:30PM
Game 3 – Fri April 26 San Antonio at L.A. Lakers 7:30PM
Game 4 – Sun April 28 San Antonio at L.A. Lakers 4:00PM
Game 5 * Tue April 30 L.A. Lakers at San Antonio TBD
Game 6 * Thu May 2 San Antonio at L.A. Lakers TBD
Game 7 * Sat May 4 L.A. Lakers at San Antonio TBD

The Lakers defeated the Spurs on Sunday at Staples Center 91-86 and in the prior three games against the Spurs, the Lakers were in every game. Sunday in San Antonio will be difficult but it sounds like the players and coaching staff believe they can pull of the upset.
