Lakers News: Nike Kobe Xi Will Be Unveiled On Periscope

The Legend of Kobe Bryant continues and will continue far beyond his playing years, which are soon coming to an end.

His brand, however, will prevail and continue far beyond, both here in the United States and abroad.

With the five-time champion announcing he will retire at the end of the 2015-16 NBA season, the Kobe XI will be unveiled on Periscope live from the Vault according to Nike Basketball’s official Twitter account:

With the Nike Kobe XI set to launch, it is a lot earlier than expected. Compared to previous years, his latest shoe launches today and will follow up the Nike Kyrie 2.

Although Kobe has struggled in his 20th season, he has recently played well. In the past four games, the five-time champion is shooting 47.4 percent from the field and had his best game of the season against the Houston Rockets. In 31 minutes, Kobe finished with 25 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
