Metta World Peace Challenges Michael Jordan

Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace is having trouble staying busy during this NBA lockout. As the Los Angeles Times’ Mark Medina wrote, World Peace is willing to play Michael Jordan one-on-one.

“Come on Jordan!! Bring it. One on one. I win lockout over. I’ll beat u with my eyes closed and a in and out burger in my right hand!!”

Although the lockout will still loom over the NBA if Metta World Peace wins the game, the showdown will surely be exciting to watch. World Peace is known for his defensive prowess, it would be great to see him go up against one of the greatest scorers in NBA history.

Aside all the fun and games, this lockout is hurting World Peace’s development and training. He was not able to train with his team during the work-stoppage, and since his shooting was off during the post-season, extra practice could have helped him.
