Metta World Peace on James Harden: ‘No Brain, All Beard’

As without a doubt one of the most controversial players in the NBA today, Metta World Peace of the Los Angeles Lakers never ceases to amaze, shock or surprise anyone with his unusual and comical comments.

World Peace’s most recent questionable outburst was directed towards James Harden of the Oklahoma City Thunder once again. After watching the Thunder fall to the Miami Heat in Game 3 of the NBA Finals, World Peace had some choice words for his new nemesis via Twitter:

“No brain, all beard”

The Lakers forward posted this tweet on his Twitter account (@MettaWorldPeace) in reference to Harden’s blocking foul on LeBron James with 16 seconds remaining in fourth quarter of Game 3. It was a crucial foul call that may have ultimately cost the Thunder the game and potentially second win in the series. Oklahoma City was down by three points at the time of the foul and never recovered with the Heat coming out on top and taking a 2-1 series lead.

It’s ironic that World Peace making this statement about Harden considering this is the same guy labeled as “Lakers Idiot” on a Chicago news station about a month ago.

Ironically enough, shortly after posting the controversial tweet, World Peace may have realized that he made yet another boneheaded move by tweeting the following:

“Harden will hit a big shot right now Watch out.”

Needless to say, World Peace still hasn’t learned his lesson after the elbow heard around world that resulted in a seven-game suspension.
