After the announcement he got back on Twitter and laughed at the possibility of him opting out of his deal in typical Metta World Peace fashion. He also seemed to have invented a new word.

Oh, Ron. Never change.

In terms of on-court things, World Peace does have the option to opt out of his deal, but likely will not. Whether or not the Lakers exercise their Amnesty provision on World Peace is yet to be seen, but there is still that possibility. But for now we’ll have to settle for his new reality show with Terrell Owens.
