NBA Power Rankings:Thunder, Bulls and Heat are Leagues Elite

20. Cleveland Cavaliers (20): The Cavs showed little signs of improvement this week at the 20th spot. Their overall record is 9-13.

19. Milwaukee Bucks (19): The Milwaukee Bucks were able to carry the momentum into this week winning four of five games, defeating the Lakers and Heat in big wins.

18. Minnesota Timberwolves (18): The Timberwolves have shown they are a weak defensive team. Maybe with Michael Beasley and JJ Barea back in the lineup they will show signs of improvement.

17. Memphis Grizzlies (9): The Grizzlies struggled this week, losing four in a row and are starting to look like they need Randolph back ASAP.

16. Boston Celtics (17): The Celtics have won eight of their last 10 with solid play from the bench and Paul Pierce back in action.
