NBA 2K is a popular video game with fans purchasing new editions of the game every year. While the new version of the game hasn’t come out yet, fans are eagerly waiting for it.

NBA has released a trailer to entice fans in the midst of their waiting. The trailer features Shaquille O’Neal commentating on certain “what if” scenarios. Some of the questions he posed were “What if I had stayed in LA”, “what if the Pistons had drafted Carmelo Anthony,” and “what if Kevin Durant was drafted number one overall”. The trailer highlights the MyTEAM feature in the upcoming game in which players will be able to customize a team to their liking.

The trailer does pose an interesting question for Laker fans. What if in fact Shaq did stay with the team, how many championships could they have won? Shaq has said that he and Kobe are the best one-two punch the game has ever known. No one will ever know what could have happened, but it still something Laker fans can think about.
