Video: Kobe Bryant Keys Lakers Win With Clutch Three and Dunk

Kobe Bryant was at it again tonight. Fresh off a 42 point and 12 assist effort, Kobe and the Lakers were in position to be above .500 for the first time since November 20th. The Lakers dug themselves out of another double digit lead, largely in part to Kobe.

Despite turning the ball over nine times, Bryant was clutch down the stretch of the fourth quarter and was solely responsible for sending the game into overtime. Kobe hit two clutch threes, one to trim the lead to 107-106 and one that ultimately sent the game to overtime at 109-109.

The Lakers were in the same situation on Wednesday and Bryant willed the team to victory offensively, while Dwight was responsible for several key stops. Tonight, Kobe hit several clutch threes, drove to the hoop for dunks, and also got to the line when the Lakers were stagnant in overtime. All and all, Kobe Bryant is enjoying an incredible season and we all are spoiled by his ability to will the Lakers when they aren’t at their best.
