Found this video via NBC Pro Basketball Talk and thought I would pass it along. It’s a shot-by-shot comparison of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan. And while it was obviously made by a Kobe fan, it’s somewhat spooky how similar a lot of these shots look.

Some will argue that Kobe is in the same breath as Mike in terms of all-time greats, but that’s not a debate we’re going to get into here. Personally I think Jordan is still in another stratosphere beyond Bryant, but there is no denying the similarities in their game. It’s quite evident who Kobe wanted to be when he grew up, and he mirrored his game after Jordan’s.
