With 5:10 left in the third quarter, Dwight Howard blocked Caron Butler at the rim. Butler came from the left side and challenged Pau Gasol and Howard. Howard ended up getting the block, his third block of the game.

In their final meeting of the season, the Lakers jumped out to a great start, but the Clippers quickly stormed back.
