VIDEO: Lakers Featured In NBA’s Best Of November Highlights

Steve BlakeThis November hasn’t been what anyone thought it would be for the Lakers. With Kobe not playing a game, Steve Nash not playing in weeks and Pau Gasol struggling, this Lakers team has still been very fun to watch and has been competitive against some of the best teams in the NBA. The Lakers already have wins over the Clippers, Rockets and Golden State Warriors and played both the Spurs and Trail Blazers tough, losing games due to lack of experience more than lack of effort.

Mike D’Antoni has done an amazing job, well, as amazing a job you can do with a team that is merely .500. Considering most of the NBA blogosphere expected this Lakers team to be a bottom dweller, this Lakers team is ahead of the pace of their projected win total between the 30 and 35 games this season.

The NBA put together a few highlight videos of the Best of November. There are the top clutch shots of the month (Steve Blake!), the best circus shots (Wes Johnson!) and, of course, the best bloopers (Nick Young!) of the month. Check them out below and relive what was a fun month for this young, inexperienced Lakers team.
