Nike Unveils Kobe Bryant’s Latest Shoe, Kobe 11

The Nike Kobe 11 was officially unveiled today, which will be Kobe Bryant’s final on-court shoe.

Kobe spoke to Nike about working specifically on the details, specially with Flyknit technology. The Nike Kobe IX introduced Flyknit to the line and since then, the five-time champion and Nike heads have been working hard to improve the technology and its design.

Nike introduces pearlescent fibers this time, special threads which give the shoe a stronger iteration of Nike Flyknit. Progression in the Flyknit technology bring forth the shoe as a whole. New technology at work, debuting on the Kobe 11. A low top shoe, with high performance, lightweight, responsive. No indication as of yet if the Nike Kobe 11 will have a high design.

The new model features an advanced Flyknit upper that includes a thermoplastic polyurethane for strength, full-length Lunarlon Foam, and a translucent rubber outsole.
