It was a wire-to-wire victory for the Los Angeles Lakers over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night with LeBron James getting them off to a hot start to snap their three-game losing streak.

James hadn’t shooting the ball well lately but made his first four 3-pointers in the first quarter in this one, finishing with 22 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in just 28 minutes of action.

This game was a little more special for James than most as his daughter Zhuri was in attendance. Before the game, she made a trick shot and even threw an alley-oop to LeBron before doing their secret handshake:

And then the lob to her father! ❤️

After the win, LeBron revealed this was the first road trip of his career that Zhuri has gone to and she may be the Lakers’ good luck charm because of it.

“First one. She’s my good luck charm,” he said. “First road trip of my career that she’s been on besides like All-Star Weekend and stuff like that… She already said when is the next road trip?”

James went on to elaborate on how much he cherishes getting to spend that time with his kids.

“I miss a lot of moments spending time with my kids because of my career,” LeBron said. “Anytime over the course of my career I get moments with them, either individually, two of them, three of them all together, whatever the case may be, it’s always special for me. To have my daughter want to come on the road and be with me, we spent a lot of time yesterday, we went Alcatraz… we saw the Golden Gate Bridge, went to dinner last night, spect a lot of time. It was pretty cool. It was awesome.”

At this stage of his career, whatever time James gets to spend with his kids is special for him, especially when it is at his workplace as well.

LeBron James lets it be known that Zhuri is volleyball player

Zhuri looked like she had some skills on the hardwood, but LeBron James let it be known that she wants to be a volleyball player.

“She’s a volleyball player. Don’t get my wife mad,” he said. “My wife is done with this basketball shit, she’s done with it. She’s a volleyball player. But she’s been around the game for a while so she do got good handles, she do got good form too. But my wife ain’t playing that, not another one. She said that’s it.”
