Relive Kobe Bryant’s 61 Points at Madison Square Garden

There is no place like in it professional basketball.

Madison Square Garden is the world’s most famous arena and the most iconic arena in the NBA. Opposing players always love playing at the Garden and Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is one that enjoys every minute under the lights at MSG.

In 2009, Bryant put on a show for the fans in attendance and set the single-game scoring record at Madison Square Garden with 61 points. Kobe surpassed legends like Michael Jordan and Bernard King, and the Laker even received “MVP” chants in the fourth quarter.

The Lakers make their lone visit to Manhattan tonight and who knows, Bryant may put on another memorable performance for those in the city.
